Here you can find our Charcuterie and Cutting boards. The main difference between the two is the cutting that they can withstand. Charcuterie boards are thinner and cannot be planed down as many times and are better for light use like cheeses and cured meats. Cutting boards are thicker (at least 1 inch) and can be planed down multiple times and are better for heavy use.
